Bench Technician
Responsibilities Include:
- Repairing Laptops, Desktops, and Chromebooks
- Virus Removal
- Hardware / Software Upgrades
- Picking Up / Delivering Chromebooks to Schools
Pay depends on experience and qualifications. 40 Hour Work Week
Front Desk / Customer Service
Responsibilities Include:
- Check In / Check Out Repair & Retail Customers
- Pricing New Inventory Items
- Answering Phone Calls
- Keeping Our Showroom Up To Date

Responsibilities Include:
- Visiting Customer Locations
- Working w/Switches, Firewalls, etc.
- Installing New PCs, Servers, etc.
- Configuring Hypervisors
- Managing Entra & Microsoft Tenants
- Configuring Antivirus & EDR/MDR SOCs
- Configuring Cloud Backups
- Monitoring Antivirus and Backup Status
