West London Account Manager

Join One of the UK's Leading Independent Beer Importers. Due to continued growth and an internal promotion, an exciting opportunity has arisen to join the sales team at Cave Direct as our West London Account Manager.

This is a fantastic opportunity to take ownership of an established territory, work with some of the world's most respected breweries and play a key role in growing one of the UK's leading speciality beer distributors.

About Cave Direct

Founded in 1979 and still proudly family-owned, Cave Direct is one of the UK's leading independent speciality beer importers and distributors.

We work with some of the most exciting breweries from around the world, including Paulaner, Stiegl, Sierra Nevada, Delirium, Lervig, Omnipollo and many more, supplying over 300 premium beers to pubs, bars, restaurants and hospitality venues throughout the UK.

Our reputation has been built on exceptional customer service, exclusive brewery partnerships and a passionate team who genuinely love what they do. As we continue to grow, we're looking for ambitious people who want to grow with us.

The Role

Reporting directly to Head of Sales, Dan Bell, you'll be responsible for managing and developing our West London territory.

The role offers a fantastic mix of managing an established customer base while identifying and winning new business opportunities.

You'll have the autonomy to manage your own diary, build long-term customer relationships and become a trusted partner to venues throughout your territory.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing and developing relationships with an established portfolio of pubs, bars and restaurants across West London.
  • Identifying and winning new business opportunities to grow the territory.
  • Working alongside our London Key Account Manager to maximise opportunities within groups and larger customers.
  • Increasing sales across our portfolio of imported and domestic craft beer breweries.
  • Delivering product tastings, staff training sessions and customer events.
  • Spending time in trade with representatives from our brewery partners to support activations and customer engagement.
  • Managing your own diary and territory to maximise productivity.
  • Using our CRM system to manage customer activity, opportunities and pipeline.
  • Delivering sales, distribution and margin targets within your territory.
  • Representing Cave Direct professionally at industry events, festivals and trade shows when required.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
