Sales Leader - Western Europe

We are looking for an extraordinary, high-energy Sales Leader to manage, coach, and scale our high-performing Western Europe sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving regional revenue growth, mentoring top-tier account executives across multiple segments, and optimizing our data-driven sales processes. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and possesses a strong technical aptitude for data, APIs, and cloud infrastructure.

Responsibilities

  • Manage, mentor, and scale a team of Enterprise, SME, and AI Account Executives. Conduct weekly pipeline reviews, 1-on-1 coaching sessions, and live deal-shadowing.
  • Own and exceed the regional quarterly and annual ARR targets. Drive new business acquisition while ensuring high retention and expansion within existing enterprise accounts.
  • Partner closely with Sales Operations to adopt data-driven sales methodologies and processes, and with Business Development & Marketing to optimize the sales funnel from inbound lead conversion to outbound hunting.
  • Act as an executive sponsor on high-value, complex deals. Help the team navigate conversations regarding web scraping, data compliance, proxy infrastructure, and API integrations.
  • Partner closely with Product, Engineering, and Compliance teams to align customer feedback with the product roadmap and ensure ethical data collection practices.
  • Position Bright Data at all levels of an organization, including C-level executives.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
