A&O Shearman’s London training contract is the firm’s core UK qualification route, giving trainees four six-month seats across the firm’s global practice groups with the aim of qualifying as a solicitor. What the role involves
- Law or non-law degree (non-law candidates complete the SQE/conversion route)
- Strong academic record
- Commercial awareness and interest in City law practice
