The Role
Call and follow up inbound leads through our CRM (GoHighLevel), with full training on the system provided. 4+ daily meta leads.
- Talk buyers through a considered £5,000 purchase, answering questions and handling objections with confidence
- Build genuine rapport and trust, and represent our story and values properly
- Follow up consistently by phone, WhatsApp and text, and keep your own pipeline moving
- Make plenty of calls, with room to push your volume if you want to
- Feed back what you’re hearing on calls so we keep improving our scripts and process. We want someone who helps us get better, not just someone who follows the script

What We’re Looking For
- Based in the UK (we can only consider UK residents)
- Proven telesales or phone-based sales experience. A background in insurance, financial services or similar, where you’ve sold a considered, higher-value product over the phone, would be ideal
- Self-motivated and comfortable working independently from home
- Resilient, and able to keep momentum through a sales cycle
- A confident, credible communicator
- Comfortable learning a CRM (GoHighLevel experience is a bonus, not essential)
