We are working with a market-leading international law firm who are seeking an Associate Solicitor to join their White-Collar Crime & Investigations team within their London office.

The Role

The successful candidate will join an award-winning Commercial Disputes & Investigations practice, advising on a full spectrum of high-value contentious matters, covering banking & finance, insolvency, and civil & criminal fraud claims. The candidate will work across cross-border criminal and regulatory risks and investigations, including internal investigations, compliance reviews, and enforcement actions, as well as advising corporate clients and board level individuals on allegations involving bribery and corruption, money laundering, fraud, and sanctions breaches, and supporting clients in their interactions with enforcement agencies and other international regulators.

The candidate will also have the opportunity to contribute to the development and implementation of remediation and compliance programs following enforcement actions or whistleblower reports.

Essential Criteria:

  • 3-6 PQE;
  • Strong background in corporate crime, financial crime and complex investigations;
  • Excellent commercial awareness;
  • Outstanding academics;
  • Technically excellent;
  • Negotiation skills;
  • Willingness to become involved in business development;
  • Ability to work independently and as a team.
