Business Analyst (Insurance Industry, AI-Driven Automation Focus)

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Business Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have between 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst within the insurance industry, with a focus on designing, specifying, and validating agentic workflows, prompts, and decision logic for AI-driven automation and Gen AI use cases.

London Market exposure is preferred but not mandatory.

Responsibilities

  • Write and communicate specifications based on business requirements, providing clarity and additional examples where necessary.
  • Manage multiple requests through detailed evaluation (using MoSCoW prioritisation), preparing and presenting recommendations to productise solutions.
  • Collaborate with UI/UX, developers, QA, and key stakeholders to execute projects effectively.
  • Act as a mentor to the junior members of the BA team, sharing expertise and offering support.
