Company Description

Transcend is a wholesaler and distributor of branded products from around the world, with a primary focus on beauty, cosmetics, haircare, personal hygiene, and perfumery. Established in 2017, the company began as a retailer and is now expanding into the B2B wholesale market. Transcend maintains a diverse catalog of more than 1,000 products in stock at any given time, offering variety and choice to its partners.

Role Description

The Wholesale Account Manager is a full-time, hybrid role based in London, with a mix of on-site work and some work-from-home flexibility. This role is responsible for managing wholesale customer accounts, maintaining strong relationships, and ensuring timely, accurate order processing.

  • Preparing quotations and proposals for B2B clients
  • Identifying new sales opportunities

The role involves regular communication with suppliers and distributors, monitoring market trends, and maintaining accurate records in CRM or similar systems.

Qualifications

  • Strong Account Management skills, including relationship building, retention, and account growth.
  • Customer Service skills to handle inquiries, resolve issues, and provide responsive support to wholesale clients.
  • Effective Communication skills, both written and verbal, for interacting with customers, suppliers, and internal teams.
  • Sales skills, including lead follow-up, negotiation support, and closing opportunities in a wholesale environment.
  • Knowledge of Wholesale operations, such as pricing structures, order cycles, and inventory coordination.
  • Relevant experience in B2B sales, distribution, or FMCG/beauty product sectors is beneficial.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and proficiency with spreadsheets, CRM tools, and basic business software are preferred.
  • A diploma or degree in business, commerce, marketing, or a related field is an advantage, along with the ability to work collaboratively and meet targets.
