Wholesale Account Manager – London

Location: London – must be based within Greater London / M25
Department: Sales
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent

Fancy being part of the team growing some of the UK’s best-loved drinks brands?

At Global Brands, we create, build and grow drinks brands that people know and love – from VK and HOOCH to Franklin & Sons, across RTDs, spirits, soft drinks and beer.
We’re looking for a Wholesale Account Manager to take ownership of our wholesale customers across London and the wider South, building strong commercial relationships and finding new ways to grow the business.

This isn’t about simply managing a list of accounts. You’ll own your customer relationships, understand what makes their businesses tick and look for opportunities to grow distribution, visibility and sales.

And because this is a London-based role, you’ll need to live within Greater London / the M25 and be comfortable spending your time out with customers.

What you’ll be doing

  • Own and grow key wholesale relationships, becoming a trusted commercial partner to your customers.
  • Develop and deliver account plans that drive sales, distribution, visibility and profitable growth.
  • Identify new opportunities across the wholesale and on-trade landscape and turn them into tangible sales.
  • Negotiate commercially with customers across pricing, promotions, ranging, placement and activity.
  • Understand your customers’ businesses, their challenges and where our brands can add value.
  • Keep a close eye on market trends, competitors and customer insight, using this to spot what’s next.
  • Work closely with our Field Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain and wider commercial teams to make things happen.
  • Manage your territory against agreed targets, using data and Salesforce to understand performance and keep your pipeline moving.
  • Resolve customer issues quickly and professionally, making sure we’re easy to do business with.
  • Report on performance and opportunities, bringing recommendations and commercial insight to the On Trade RTM Controller.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
