The Role

We are looking for a Wholesale Admin Assistant to join our Sales team. Working closely with the Wholesale Manager, you will be the operational backbone of the wholesale function for several brands.

This is a hands-on role suited to someone highly organised and detail-driven, with a genuine interest in wholesale and a head for numbers. It offers broad exposure across the business and a clear path to develop within a fast-paced agency environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with uploads to digital online platforms and create line sheets for each brand
  • General admin during selling season, including appointment scheduling/diary management, sending lookbooks and line sheets, and chasing orders
  • Communicate with brands and customers regarding shipment updates and payments
  • Complete ad-hoc tasks as requested by management
  • Update wholesale reports: weekly/monthly sales overview, best and worst sellers, sell-through, and recommendations for slower stock
  • Prepare seasonal product analysis: sales figures by style/country, collection feedback, and lessons learned per brand
  • Weekly sales analysis
  • Weekly reporting for the retail store on trade, reorders, and sell-through
  • Monitor sample shipments from each brand and manage return shipments at the end of the selling season
  • Assist with showroom set-up and pack-down across our international showrooms

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
