Wholesale Admin Temp

Location: Angel / Islington, London

Contract: Temporary

Duration: Immediate – End of October 2026 (6–8 weeks)

Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 9:00am – 5:30pm

Salary: £550 per week (weekly invoice basis)

Start Date: ASAP

About The Role

We are looking for a Wholesale Admin Temp to support the sales team during market periods through real-time order entry into JOOR across multiple fashion brands.

This is a fast-paced, admin-focused role working alongside an established wholesale operations team. Accuracy, efficiency, and attention to detail are essential. This role would suit someone between jobs, a recent graduate, or a university student with full-time availability during the contract period.

Key Responsibilities

  • Input wholesale orders into JOOR in real time during appointments
  • Support the sales team with general wholesale administration
  • Ensure all orders are entered accurately and efficiently
  • Work closely with the wider admin team to manage workload during busy market periods
