Join the Wholesale Operations team at FCE Bank plc (Ford Credit) in our Manchester Business Centre. We power Ford Motor Company and our network of dealerships across Europe by managing essential wholesale funding, credit facilities, and daily financial operations.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Dealer & Partner Relationship Management: Act as the dedicated first point of contact for Spanish and European Ford dealers, internal teams, and cross-functional partners via phone, email, and messaging.
- Financial Control & Daily Reconciliations: Manage daily debt collection, clear and reconcile payments on in-house banking systems, and investigate and resolve unapplied suspense items.
- Transaction Processing: Execute dealer settlements, clearances, wholesale credit exposures, and facility rewrites swiftly and accurately.
- Continuous Improvement: Contribute to global optimisation projects, support knowledge sharing, and assist with system rollouts and process quality enhancements.
- Cross-Market Collaboration: Support peer teams across the Business Centre during peak volumes and absences to maintain seamless European operations.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
