Ready to step into the core of international automotive finance?

Join the Wholesale Operations team at FCE Bank plc (Ford Credit) in our Manchester Business Centre. We power Ford Motor Company and our network of dealerships across Europe by managing essential wholesale funding, credit facilities, and daily financial operations.

This is far more than routine administration: you will be the multilingual face of Ford Credit for our European dealership partners (supporting Spanish and wider European markets), resolving complex financial queries, balancing high-value transactions, and driving operational excellence in a collaborative, cross-border environment.

Dealer & Partner Relationship Management

  • Act as the dedicated first point of contact for Spanish and European Ford dealers, internal teams, and cross-functional partners via phone, email, and messaging.

Financial Control & Daily Reconciliations

  • Manage daily debt collection.
  • Clear and reconcile payments on in-house banking systems.
  • Investigate and resolve unapplied suspense items.

Transaction Processing

  • Execute dealer settlements, clearances, wholesale credit exposures, and facility rewrites swiftly and accurately.

Continuous Improvement

  • Contribute to global optimisation projects.
  • Support knowledge sharing.
  • Assist with system rollouts and process quality enhancements.

Cross-Market Collaboration

  • Support peer teams across the Business Centre during peak volumes and absences to maintain seamless European operations.

Multilingual Fluency

  • Fluent business-level proficiency (written and spoken) in English and Spanish (essential).
  • Fluency in an additional European language (such as Italian or French) is highly advantageous.

Financial / Operational Acumen

  • Prior experience in banking, credit control, accounts receivable, reconciliation, or fast-paced customer finance is advantageous.

Analytical Problem Solver

  • High attention to detail with the ability to reconcile accounts, investigate ledger variances, and balance competing deadlines.

Customer Focus

  • A proactive mindset committed to delivering excellent service and upholding the principles of Fair Treatment of Customers.

This position is based in the Manchester Business Centre, and it is expected the successful candidate will be able to attend the Manchester Business Centre for typically 3 days a week increasing to 4 days in the future and remain flexible on the days they are required to attend the office according to business requirements.
