Wholesale Executive Merchandiser
About the Role
We are looking for a highly organised, commercially minded and detail-focused Wholesale & Marketplace Merchandiser to join our growing fashion brand. As the sole Merchandiser within the team, you will play a key role in managing the day-to-day merchandising, trading and administration of the wholesale and marketplace business, working closely with the Account Managers to ensure accounts are supported from initial collection sign-off through to order placement, delivery, and in-season trading.
You will be the central link between Account Management, Production, Operations, and Finance, ensuring that product information, orders, pricing, stock, deliveries, and reporting are accurate and up to date.
The role will have a strong balance of commercial merchandising, marketplace trading, order management, and administration, with responsibility for creating and maintaining efficient processes as the business continues to grow.
Key Responsibilities
- At the close of season pulling best and worst performance per account for account managers to analyse
- Setting up margin sheets and reviewing data ahead of product sign off
- Supporting account managers with data on performance ahead of showcase/selling season
- Rolling up orders from sell-in, to review any risks, targets, and last year comparisons
- Building an overview of margins by collection ahead of collection sign off
- Maintenance of wholesale orders and critical path, ensuring deadlines are met
- Maintenance of logistics, critical path, on-track deliveries, and intake windows met
- Pulling weekly trade for all accounts, providing clear sales, stock, and top 10s
- Support the day-to-day administration, trading, and merchandising of marketplace accounts
- Relaying any changes or delays to partners, ensuring a clear line of critical path communication with each account

Key Skills & Experience
- Previous experience in fashion merchandising, wholesale merchandising, marketplace merchandising, wholesale administration, or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of the fashion wholesale and/or marketplace lifecycle.
- Excellent organisational and administrative skills.
- Strong Excel skills and confidence working with large amounts of data.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Good commercial understanding of fashion product, pricing, and margins.
- Strong communication skills and confidence working with multiple stakeholders.
- Ability to manage multiple accounts, collections, and deadlines simultaneously.
- Proactive approach to problem-solving and follow-up.
- Experience with wholesale, ERP, or marketplace systems is desirable.
- Comfortable working independently and taking ownership as the sole Merchandiser within the team.
