Wholesale Customer Service Representative

We are looking for a friendly, organised and detail-focused Wholesale Customer Service Representative to join our growing team, supporting our distributors, licensing partners and in-house wholesale accounts.

You will take ownership of your accounts and manage their orders from start to finish, building strong relationships, keeping customers updated and working closely with our Sales, Logistics, Distribution Centre and Credit teams to make sure everything runs smoothly.

Our brands are growing quickly, so this is a busy role with plenty going on. We are looking for someone who enjoys working with customers, is comfortable juggling different priorities and takes pride in getting the detail right.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Managing and processing wholesale orders from placement through to shipment
  • Building strong relationships with distributors, licensing partners and wholesale customers
  • Keeping customers informed about availability, delivery dates and any changes to their orders
  • Proactively managing delays, cancellations and replacement styles to keep orders on track
  • Working closely with our Distribution Centre and Logistics team to coordinate picking, shipping and collections
  • Liaising with nominated freight forwarders for customers operating on Ex Works terms
  • Working with our Credit team on payment queries and order holds
  • Managing pro-forma invoices, returns and credits
  • Monitoring the order book and helping to convert orders into sales as efficiently as possible
  • Supporting repeat orders and top-ups and spotting opportunities within your accounts
  • Maintaining accurate customer and order information and producing regular reports
  • Working closely with the wider Customer Service and Sales teams to share updates, opportunities and any areas of concern

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
