Wholesale Customer Service Specialist – Wrangler – Polish speaking

Location: Nottingham / UK

What’s the scope?

As our Wholesale CS Specialist, you will work proactively to deliver excellent service to a group of customers in terms of:

  • Order management
  • Deliveries
  • Follow up of claims & returns
  • Support wider team as and when required

Through clear and concise communication, in line with policies & procedures as defined in our Customer Service manual.

As our Wholesale CS Specialist, you will:

  • Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
  • Build sustainable relationships with Customers ensuring they are informed of new products, special actions, available stock, and more
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders such as the Credit Department to ensure all queries are resolved, the Planning Department to ensure full and on-time coverage of orders, and the DC/Logistics to ensure special handling is carried out correctly, delivery time is respected along with transport lead-times or claims
  • Ensure timely communication, in line with customer expectations and brand objectives, highlighting any risk or opportunity
  • Handle and resolve all issues ensuring the best interest of both the Customer and Company is kept at heart
  • Continuously evaluate and identify opportunities to drive process improvements that positively impact the customer’s experience
  • Authorize sundry credit notes for commercial reasons (i.e. discount and price discrepancies, shortages, and lost in transit) strictly following the company’s guidelines and rules
  • Highlight any problems/errors regarding all issues related to Key Accounts, informing all parties involved
  • Keep direct contact with Key Accounts, promptly providing them with any needed information about their orders, shipments, DC closures, etc.

Skills for Success:

  • Customer service experience
  • Experience of working within our industry would be an advantage
  • Language skills; native or fluent speaker in target customer language plus English
  • Analytical Skills; Well organized, methodical, and accurate
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, intermediate Excel skills would be an advantage
  • Excellent communication (verbally & writing) and problem-solving skills
  • Customer-oriented
  • Ability to work as part of a team
  • High level of attention to detail
