Fella & Jones is partnering with an exciting beauty and wellness brand to recruit a highly organised Wholesale Executive for its London team on an initial 6 month contract role.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong administrative and analytical skills who enjoys working in a fast-paced wholesale environment. You’ll support the smooth day-to-day management of key accounts, ensuring orders are processed accurately and customers receive an exceptional level of service.

Key responsibilities:
- Raising, processing and tracking wholesale orders
- Liaising with key accounts and responding to day-to-day queries
- Maintaining accurate order, customer and product information
- Producing and updating reports using Excel
- Monitoring stock availability, deliveries and order fulfilment
- Coordinating with internal sales, operations, logistics and finance teams
- Supporting account managers with administrative and commercial tasks
- Identifying and resolving order discrepancies promptly
About you:
- Previous experience in wholesale, sales administration or customer operations
- Ideally, experience within beauty, wellness, fashion or consumer goods
- Confident using Excel and working with detailed data
- Excellent organisational skills and strong attention to detail
- A clear, professional communicator who is comfortable liaising with key accounts
- Able to manage competing priorities in a fast-moving environment
- Proactive, collaborative and solutions-focused
