ABOUT THE ROLE

This role is the engine room of Finisterre's wholesale go-to-market. As Wholesale GTM & Sales Operations Coordinator you will own the seasonal project plan — tracking every critical path milestone from photography brief to B2B platform load to global sales pack — and run B2B platform administration for 100+ accounts across multiple markets. You will also deliver account-specific assets for key account programmes, support our regional sales teams, and execute the in-season B2B campaign programme from briefs provided by the Wholesale Commercial & Trading Manager — tracking open rates, click-through and reorder conversion across all markets.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage the seasonal GTM project plan — maintaining a live RAG tracker across all critical path milestones: photography briefs, copy briefs, sample management, B2B loading, asset upload and global sales pack production and distribution.
  • Call in, log and track all sample sets at the correct points in the critical path; raise photography and copy briefs to the marketing and creative team with full product and campaign context.
  • Produce and distribute the global wholesale sales pack each season to all markets and account tiers.
  • Provide weekly GTM RAG status updates to the Wholesale Commercial & Trading Manager, flagging risks and proposing mitigations.
  • Load seasonal content onto the B2B platform — imagery, copy, pricing and available-to-sell data — ensuring accuracy and completeness before sell-in opens.
  • Manage retailer access by tier across all markets, maintaining brand content standards; produce new account opening packs and support account onboarding.
  • Prepare the monthly platform performance report and present findings to the Commercial & Trading Manager.
  • Provide day-to-day GTM support to regional wholesale sales teams — acting as the operational point of contact for UK/EU and NA requests for assets, campaign materials, platform access and selling tools, and escalating to the Wholesale Commercial & Trading Manager where scope or resource decisions are required.
  • Deliver account-specific assets for key account programmes — ensuring all collateral, presentation materials and platform content meets critical path timelines and quality requirements under direction from the Wholesale Commercial & Trading Manager.
  • Execute in-season B2B campaigns from briefs provided by the Wholesale Commercial & Trading Manager — trend, gifting, weather and reorder-focused — to drive repeat order activity across the account base.
  • Review campaign content and escalate to the Wholesale Commercial & Trading Manager for sign-off before release; track open rates, click-through and reorder conversion.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
