About the role
You'll support the day-to-day running of our wholesale department, working closely with the team on:
- Line sheet and seasonal sales material creation
- Order processing, tracking and maintaining accurate customer records
- Creating in-season training packs for retailers
- Coordinating samples with PR for appointments and showroom presentations
- Liaising with our global wholesale partners on deliveries, order updates, product information and imagery
- Assisting with London market buying appointments, seasonal sales campaigns and store trainings
- Competitor and market research to identify industry trends and new partner opportunities
- Generating weekly sell-through reports and seasonal collection analysis
- General administrative support to the wholesale team

What we're looking for
- Currently enrolled in a relevant degree/course requiring a work placement as part of assessment
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- Interest in luxury fashion, wholesale, and buying
- Confident communicator, comfortable liaising with international partners
