We're hiring: 2 × B2B Sales Executive / Account Manager — ARTISAN Jewels
Territories: Midlands & North of England | Scotland & Ireland
Type: Full-time, field-based with home working
Package: [£BASE] basic + uncapped commission (OTE [£OTE]) + car allowance + benefits
We're growing our trade business, and we're looking for two people to own it on the ground.
ARTISAN supplies independent jewellers and retail groups across the UK and Ireland — diamond procurement, natural and lab-grown melee, engagement ring mounts, eternity and wedding bands, bracelets, earrings and pendants, plus full bespoke design with in-house CAD. Our retail partners order through our own trade portal, track bespoke jobs and purchase orders in one place, and can run our white-label plugin on their own websites.
It's a genuinely strong proposition to sell. What we need now is someone to get it in front of the right people.
The roles
Two territories, one job description:
- Midlands & Northern England — from the Midlands up through Yorkshire, the North West and the North East.
- Scotland & Ireland — mainland Scotland, Northern Ireland and the Republic.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
Start with a chat, not a search bar
Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

What you'll be doing
- Opening new retail accounts across independents, multiples and watch and jewellery specialists in your patch
- Growing the accounts you win — regular visits, range reviews, seasonal buys, restocks
- Presenting our collections and bespoke/CAD service in person and at trade shows
- Onboarding retailers onto the trade portal and white-label plugin, and making sure they actually use them
- Feeding the market back to us: what's selling, what's missing, what the competition is doing
- Owning your own pipeline, forecast and territory plan
What we're looking for
Essential
- A proven track record in B2B sales or account management — you can point at accounts you opened and grew
- Comfortable working autonomously across a large territory, with the discipline to plan it properly
- Strong commercial instincts: you can talk margin, sell-through and range as fluently as you can talk product
- Full driving licence and happy to be on the road several days a week

- Car allowance / company car and all travel expenses covered
- [Pension, holiday allowance, staff discount, etc.]
