Swarovski Wholesale Account Manager

We’re looking for a Wholesale Account Manager, successfully driving sales and implementing a sustainable growth strategy with wholesale accounts. The jobholder is mainly responsible for maintaining relationship with existing accounts (80% scope) and finding opportunities to grow new business development (20%).

About the Job

Your main responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

  • Fostering an ongoing dialogue with the accounts (multi-chain retailers, online, independent retailers), gaining access to key decision makers, keeping abreast of the customer’s business goals to establish a long-term relationship and to make them advocates of our offering.
  • Regularly supporting the customer through delivery and implementation processes and conducts effective success reviews with the customer, including regular national store visits.
  • Taking accountability for revenue growth, budgets and forecasts accuracy, new business conversions, applying commercial thinking to margins and pricing.
  • Anticipating risks, identifying opportunities and developing innovative solutions to help accounts achieve strategic business objectives.
  • Looking for new business opportunities and customers aligned with the wholesale strategy to ensure that the pipeline is always full.
  • Assessing the potential value of new and existing account and taking a systematic approach to convert the potential into sales.

About You

You are an ideal candidate if you have:

  • Minimum of 5 years in a similar role; ideally within jewellery & accessories.
  • Exceptional communication skills, ability to persuade and influence.
  • Excellent negotiation and relationship management skills.
  • Ideally London-based or within a commutable distance to London Area.
  • Commercial awareness with ability to think outside the box.
  • Willingness to travel.
  • Proactive, energetic and hands-on working attitude.
  • Working knowledge of Excel; previous experience in SAP would be considered an advantage.
