Purpose of the Role
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Wholesale Customer Service Administrator to support our wholesale operations and ensure a seamless experience for our B2B clients.
This role combines customer service excellence, with a key part in maintaining strong relationships with our wholesale partners and supporting seasonal sales campaigns. This is a full-time role based in the Saltrock Head Office, in Braunton, North Devon.
Responsibilities
Customer Service
- Act as the first point of contact for wholesale clients, managing enquiries via email and phone.
- Manage the ecomm B2B platform (Shopify).
- Process wholesale orders accurately and efficiently using our order management system for WS prime and off price customers.
- Monitor order status, shipping timelines, and resolve any delivery or invoicing issues.
- Maintain up-to-date client records and ensure all account details are accurate.
- Liaise with logistics and warehouse teams to ensure timely dispatch and delivery.

Sales & Operations Support
- Assist with compiling seasonal line sheets, order forms, and sales tools.
- Track sample inventory and manage sample returns post-market.
- Support the wholesale team with reporting, data entry, and sales analysis.
- Help onboard new wholesale accounts and ensure smooth integration into systems.
- Support wholesale Agents with Samples, working with other departments.

- Regular communications include external Customers and Suppliers at all levels.
- Internal communication with team at all levels.
- On-time delivery of goods to customers.

- Broad knowledge / understanding of the clothing industry and trading environment.
- Ability to work under pressure / timeline.

- To be numerate and proficient in the relevant IT programmes.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Good organisational skills.
- Confident communicator & presenter.

PC Skills
- Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook and Illustrator at an elevated level.
- Ability to create pivot tables, V look ups and analyse data.
Qualifications
- Educated to degree level or professional equivalent.
Experience
- Previous experience in wholesale, customer service, preferred but not essential.
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in Excel and order management systems.
- A proactive, team-oriented attitude with a passion for delivering great service.
