Role Overview

We are working with a fast-paced fashion business who are looking to appoint a 3rd Party Wholesale Assistant to support a key growth area across wholesale, third-party and digital marketplace partners.

This is a data-driven role requiring someone who is highly organised, accurate and commercially minded, with a genuine passion for fashion and product. The successful candidate will support the day-to-day running of wholesale and marketplace activity, managing product, sales and shipping data while providing timely and accurate information to support commercial decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

  • Preparing samples, product information and presentation materials for partner selection meetings and seasonal buy appointments
  • Supporting the Head of New Business in partner meetings, including QVC meetings, preparing rails, samples and key information
  • Coordinating product imagery, campaign assets, descriptions, specification cards and seasonal buy packs for partners
  • Working closely with Buying, Production, Design, International, Logistics, Technical and external partners to confirm orders and delivery dates
  • Maintaining accurate master data, order information, delivery updates and digital product range information
  • Providing weekly sales reporting, analysing performance and identifying key learnings and opportunities
  • Coordinating product set-up across digital platforms, including BlueJay and Tradebyte
  • Proactively improving processes, data accuracy and commercial performance across wholesale and marketplace activity

  • Previous experience as a Merchandising Admin Assistant, Wholesale Assistant, Buying Admin Assistant or in an analytical administrative role within fashion
  • Intermediate Excel skills are essential, including confidence using VLOOKUPs and pivot tables
  • Highly numerate and data focused, with strong analytical skills and excellent attention to detail
  • Self-motivated, enthusiastic and confident using initiative to get things done when working independently
  • Passionate about fashion and product, with a can-do attitude and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
