The Role

We are looking for a highly organised and commercially aware Wholesale Merchandiser to support the day to day management of our wholesale business. This role will play a key part in overseeing the full end to end process and ensuring deliveries are achieved on time and in line with business KPIs. Working closely across multiple departments, the successful candidate will help drive efficient processes across forecasting, reporting, invoicing, freight management, and stock deliveries. You will also liaise regularly with suppliers and retail partners, maintaining strong relationships and ensuring smooth communication throughout the order lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the full order book with end-to-end accountability across the critical path, ensuring all KPIs are achieved
  • Consistently track order progress to ensure agreed delivery dates are met
  • Produce and analyse reports both internally and from external retailers
  • Work with the wider merchandising, ops and sales teams to create product forecasts and delivery schedules
  • Liaise with suppliers and customers on a day-to-day basis
  • Work closely with the operations team to manage freight costs for wholesale orders
  • Partner with finance to ensure partners are invoiced accurately and on time
  • Manage deliveries of wholesale stock in close collaboration with the warehouse
  • Support the wholesale team with day-to-day admin
  • Assist with weekly reporting including trade
  • Manage margin across international partnerships

About You

  • Strong experience in merchandising or a stock management role, ideally within wholesale or retail
  • Able to work independently and collaboratively across immediate and wider teams
  • Flexible with strong ability to prioritise workloads as needed
  • Excellent communicator with strong interpersonal skills
  • Advanced MS Office and Excel skills
  • Analytical and commercially aware, with the ability to collate and present data confidently
