Wholesale Merchandiser Opportunity
A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced Wholesale Merchandiser to join a successful and growing fashion supplier on their licensing department working across major high street and retail customers.
This role is ideal for someone with strong licensed fashion experience who understands the full merchandising process and has worked with leading entertainment and character licences such as Disney, Marvel, Nickelodeon or similar.
Main Responsibilities
- Managing the critical path from initial development through to delivery
- Working closely with customers, suppliers, design and production teams to ensure deadlines are met
- Managing costings, margins and pricing across the product range
- Managing the licensing process, including royalties and associated costs
- Liaising with licensors and customers to ensure all approvals are achieved within the required timeframes
- Monitoring orders, production and deliveries, resolving any issues along the way
- Maintaining accurate product and order information and ensuring all deadlines are met
- Building strong relationships with customers and internal teams
- Supporting the wider merchandising team across multiple accounts and product areas

- Must have previous licensed fashion experience
- Experience working with licences such as Disney, Marvel, Nickelodeon or similar
- Strong understanding of royalties and licensing processes
- Excellent critical path management skills
- Strong costing and commercial understanding
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
- Confident communicator with the ability to build strong customer relationships
- Able to work at pace and manage multiple priorities
- Previous experience within a fashion supplier environment is essential
