Role Overview

This is a varied and hands-on role covering a broad range of responsibilities, from processing wholesale customer orders and supplier orders to managing partner data, supporting deliveries and day-to-day coordination.

We are looking for a commercially minded, detail-oriented individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is excited to contribute to both operational excellence and account growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the full wholesale order cycle, from PO to delivery, and after-sales service
  • Act as a point of contact alongside the Senior Wholesale Merchandiser, for wholesale customers and suppliers, providing timely and accurate support ensuring customers have full visibility of their expected delivery
  • Maintain accurate records across systems, including orders, pricing, inventory, and contacts
  • Sample Management for both Wholesale Customers and Ecomm ensuring that samples arrive on time for photoshoot deadlines and customer sample requirements
  • Alongside the Wholesale team, maintain strong relationships with Wholesale Customers
  • Complete data forms and provide any required information as part of the sales cycle
  • Collaborate with operations, logistics, and finance teams to ensure smooth partner experiences
  • Contribute to growing existing accounts through proactive support and customer service
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes, including automation, and AI where relevant

Ideal Candidate

  • 1 years’ experience in account coordination, or wholesale operations. Applicants with a data driven background or relevant Fashion Merchandising degree will also be considered
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deadlines
  • Strong Excel skills, comfortable working with numbers and sales data
  • Familiarity with inventory systems & order management platforms
  • Commercially minded with a proactive approach to supporting account growth
  • Experience in fashion, luxury, or lifestyle brands preferred
  • A positive, collaborative team player who is eager to learn and contribute
