Wholesale Operations Coordinator
As we continue to grow globally, we're looking for a highly organised Wholesale Operations Coordinator to support the operational business needs of selected key/national accounts across the UK and Europe. With a focus on account onboarding, order processing and retailer compliance, SOP development and after sale care.

About the Role
As a key member of our Wholesale Operations team, you'll be involved in onboarding new accounts and supporting existing retail account across UK and Europe through the complete order administration and fulfilment process. From order receipt/entry through to delivery, returns and ongoing account support you’ll act as a trusted point of contact for our Sales teams and key retail partners providing timely updates, and resolving operational queries with accuracy and care. Working closely with our Inventory, IT, Sales and Customer Service teams and 3PL partners, you'll coordinate order administration and supply chain activities, monitor stock movements and service levels, and help deliver a gold-standard account management experience.

Key Responsibilities:
- Support a portfolio of retail partners across the UK and Europe while maintaining accurate retailer and product data and managing service requirements.
- Coordinate the complete order fulfilment process for selected retail accounts across UK and Europe, including order management, delivery tracking, returns, retailer onboarding, and ongoing account support.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders (3PL, freight forwarders) in coordinating logistics and supply chain activities such as FOB/EWX shipment bookings and monitoring stock movements as needed.
- Keep retail partners and internal stakeholders informed through clear and timely communications on order administration, fulfilment progress and completion and after sale care requirements.
- Resolve delivery, stock, and service-related issues in a professional and timely manner.
- Contribute to KPI visibility, SLA performance, process development and improvements, and smoother global ways of working.

You take pride in delivering exceptional account support, coordination, and service to both retail partners and internal stakeholders.

In addition, you'll bring:
- Experience in wholesale operations, logistics, supply chain, order management, or account coordination, supporting customers from mid-sized accounts through to major retail partners.
- A strong understanding of service levels, deadlines, and retailer requirements, with the ability to balance competing priorities.
- Exceptional attention to detail, with a focus on accuracy, organisation, and maintaining trusted information.
- A calm, adaptable and solutions-focused approach, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- A passion for variety, pace, and the satisfaction of keeping things moving from start to finish.
- Familiarity with wholesale operations, 3PLs, API/ EDI, ERP systems, and retailer operational requirements.
- Experience supporting international wholesale operations or large retail accounts (highly regarded).
- A genuine enthusiasm for joyful, purpose-led products that inspire play, learning, and creativity.
