Wholesale Sales Executive – Contemporary Fashion

Central London | Full Time | Permanent

Office-Based

A leading contemporary fashion agency and distributor is looking for a proactive, confident and personable Wholesale Sales Executive to join its London team.

Working closely with the Wholesale Director, you’ll help manage and grow a portfolio of European accounts, build client relationships and drive seasonal sales across a portfolio of contemporary fashion brands.

The Role:

  • Manage seasonal sales diaries and secure client appointments
  • Develop strong knowledge of collections and maximise sales opportunities
  • Identify, prospect and secure new clients across European markets
  • Manage orders and confirmations via Zedonk and other systems
  • Maintain accurate client communication and A–Z databases
  • Liaise with agents and distributors on sales tools and deadlines
  • Support sales reporting, showroom appointments and client visits
  • Attend prospecting/field trips, store training and merchandising
  • Support marketing activity to drive sales and sell-through

About You:

  • 1+ year's experience in fashion wholesale
  • Confident, personable and commercially minded with a can-do attitude
  • Highly organised with excellent communication and attention to detail
  • Strong administration skills and comfortable working to deadlines
  • Competent in Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
  • Knowledge of the contemporary fashion market
  • European language skills are advantageous
