Wholesale Sales Executive – Contemporary Fashion
Central London | Full Time | Permanent
Office-Based
A leading contemporary fashion agency and distributor is looking for a proactive, confident and personable Wholesale Sales Executive to join its London team.
Working closely with the Wholesale Director, you’ll help manage and grow a portfolio of European accounts, build client relationships and drive seasonal sales across a portfolio of contemporary fashion brands.
The Role:
- Manage seasonal sales diaries and secure client appointments
- Develop strong knowledge of collections and maximise sales opportunities
- Identify, prospect and secure new clients across European markets
- Manage orders and confirmations via Zedonk and other systems
- Maintain accurate client communication and A–Z databases
- Liaise with agents and distributors on sales tools and deadlines
- Support sales reporting, showroom appointments and client visits
- Attend prospecting/field trips, store training and merchandising
- Support marketing activity to drive sales and sell-through

About You:
- 1+ year's experience in fashion wholesale
- Confident, personable and commercially minded with a can-do attitude
- Highly organised with excellent communication and attention to detail
- Strong administration skills and comfortable working to deadlines
- Competent in Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
- Knowledge of the contemporary fashion market
- European language skills are advantageous
