About Club 1984

Club 1984 is a contemporary premium fashion brand focused on elevated design, quality craftsmanship, and timeless collections. As we continue to grow, we are looking for an experienced Wholesale Sales Manager to establish and expand our wholesale presence across the UK.

This is an opportunity to play a key role in building our UK wholesale business, securing premium retail partnerships, and representing the brand to leading boutiques and department stores.

The Role

We are seeking a commercially driven Wholesale Sales Manager with an established network of UK premium fashion buyers and wholesale partners.

Reporting directly to the founders, you will be responsible for developing our UK wholesale strategy, identifying new retail opportunities, securing key accounts, and building long-term relationships with premium retailers.

This role is ideal for someone with experience representing premium or luxury fashion brands who has a proven track record of opening new wholesale accounts.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute Club 1984’s UK wholesale strategy.
  • Identify, approach, and secure new wholesale accounts across the UK.
  • Build relationships with premium department stores, luxury retailers, and leading independent boutiques.
  • Manage the wholesale sales process from prospecting through to onboarding and repeat business.
  • Present seasonal collections to buyers through appointments, showroom meetings, and trade events.
  • Negotiate commercial terms, pricing, delivery schedules, and trading agreements.
  • Work closely with the founders and wider team to ensure successful order fulfilment and account growth.
  • Maintain strong relationships with wholesale partners to maximise repeat business and long-term success.
  • Analyse sales performance and identify opportunities to grow existing accounts.
  • Represent Club 1984 at UK fashion trade shows, showroom appointments, and industry events.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
