Wholesale Sales Manager
REPORTS TO: Head of Wholesale
LOCATION: Emerald Street, London
FULL TIME
Role overview
The Wholesale Sales Manager will take ownership and accountability for operating and driving the growth of a portfolio of Wholesale accounts across both Womenswear and Menswear as a part of TOAST’s Europe and Rest of World territories.
You will work to deliver agreed expansion, sales and profitability targets and identify any opportunities to support our strategic growth plan, acting as a brand ambassador at all times to own your customer relationships by delivering optimal performance and an exceptional brand experience to them.
Working closely with the Head of Wholesale (EU and ROW), this role requires a commercially minded individual who can operate independently, develop long-term partnerships and confidently manage accounts through the full Wholesale operational cycle.
The position will take ownership of key departmental functions and activity that enable Wholesale to operate effectively, including seasonal market preparation, collection setup, sample management, reporting, after-sales support and the delivery of exemplary customer service at every touch point.
Key Responsibilities
Collection Build & Market Preparation
- Support the development and maintenance of the wholesale collection within its development and within internal systems
- Work closely with the Wholesale Assistant to track and implement updates to styles, pricing, and availability for samples.
- Oversee the build and setup of JOOR, line sheets, and visual merchandising layouts for market.
- Ensure all imagery, product information and categorisation are accurate and aligned.
- Prepare previous season analysis, account performance, and budget trackers to support sell-in.
- Co-ordinate and support the production of the seasonal Wholesale lookbooks.
Selling Campaign Execution, Account Management & New Business
- Own and manage a portfolio of wholesale accounts across Europe and Rest of World territories.
- Lead seasonal sales appointments across Paris, London and virtual market, tailoring presentations to individual customer requirements.
- Build, develop and manage wholesale account relationships, ensuring strong commercial outcomes and long-term partnerships.
- Prepare and execute all pre-market activity, including showroom setup, selling tools, budgets and previous order analysis.
- Lead appointment follow-up and order conversion, maintaining momentum and clear, timely communication with accounts.
- Travel internationally as required to maintain customer relationships, support market activity and undertake client prospecting.

Commercial Management and Revenue Growth
- Deliver agreed sales targets across the EU/ROW portfolio.
- Develop seasonal growth plans to increase account performance, category penetration and reorder opportunities.
- Monitor sales performance against budget, identifying commercial risks and opportunities.
- Lead commercial discussions with customers, including terms, order development and growth and marketing opportunities.
- Provide sales forecasts, trading updates and commercial recommendations to the Head of Wholesale.
Order Management, Reorders & Aftersales
- Manage and send order confirmations, ensuring accuracy across pricing, quantities, and delivery.
- Proactively drive reorders and continuity business opportunities
- Support sell-through monitoring and identify opportunities to maximise performance.
- Assist our aftersales team on queries and issue resolution.
Systems, Reporting & Analysis
- Alongside the Wholesale Assistant, maintain WFX, JOOR and internal system requirements across the full wholesale cycle.
- Ensure all product, pricing and order data is accurate and up to date.
- Run and analyse weekly and seasonal sales reports (seasonal tracker, best-sellers and product performance, sell-through, account performance).
- Provide insights to support trading decisions and identify risks and opportunities.
General Support
- Provide general support across the Wholesale function.
- Contribute to ongoing process improvements and efficiencies.
- Support cross-functional collaboration with internal teams including Design, Merchandising, Logistics and Marketing.
Required Experience / Skills
- 4-7 years experience within wholesale sales or account management.
- Proven ability to manage and grow wholesale accounts, delivering sales performance through thoughtful account development and partnership building.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities particularly during peak trading periods.
- Confident working with large volumes of data, product and pricing information
- Strong commercial awareness and numerical ability
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Proactive, efficient and solutions-focused with a strong sense of ownership
- Comfortable working cross-functionally and contributing as part of a collaborative team
- Advanced Excel skills, with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
- An understanding of the TOAST brand and a genuine affinity with its values and aesthetic
