Wholesale Trade Operations Manager
(Hybrid | Hertfordshire)
£45–50k + 10% bonus
We have partnered with a fast-growing, purpose-led accessories brand to find a Wholesale Trade Operations Manager to take full ownership of their UK and US wholesale operation.
This is a rare chance to build an operation rather than inherit one. The brand sells into bricks-and-mortar and online retailers on both sides of the Atlantic. Wholesale is scaling fast into 2027, and they need someone who gets retailer requirements right first time.

What you'll own:
- The end-to-end wholesale process, from production to 3PL dispatch and invoicing
- Retailer compliance: routing guides, vendor manuals, labelling and ASNs
- Chargebacks, including tracking them and fixing the root causes
- OTIF reporting, built from scratch
- UK and US 3PL and carrier relationships
- EDI connections and stock allocation
- A team of 2, through peak and beyond
What you'll bring:
- 4–6 years in wholesale trade ops, B2B retail or supply chain
- Genuine hands-on retailer compliance experience (routing guides, chargebacks and EDI are a must)
- 2–4 years leading a team under pressure
- Experience with systems like NetSuite, Mintsoft, ShipHero or SPS
- Bonus: US department store experience (Dillard's, Nordstrom, Von Maur) or a fashion or accessories background

- Hertfordshire, 3–4 days in the office, under 30 minutes from King's Cross
- £45–50k + 10% bonus, private medical and enhanced pension
