Are you passionate about creating opportunities in education and raising aspirations for every student? Co-op Academy Stoke-on-Trent is seeking a dedicated Widening Participation Co-ordinator to oversee our enrichment, student leadership, and widening participation initiatives. In this role, you will manage a vibrant extra-curricular timetable, implement a comprehensive student leadership framework, and lead our Scholars’ Programme for academically gifted pupils. Working alongside internal teams and external partners, you will use data to track engagement and ensure all student cohorts thrive.
