  • Provide clear visibility on performance, risks, and opportunities
  • Drive discipline, accuracy, and pace in financial delivery

Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A)

  • Build robust analysis to understand key drivers of performance
  • Partner teams to ensure plans are grounded, dynamic, and actionable

Reporting

  • Deliver clear, concise, and high-quality financial reporting
  • Simplify complexity into actionable insights for the business
  • Continuously evolve reporting to be faster, sharper, and decision-led

  • Partner across Marketing, DTC, Retail, Supply Chain, and Operations
  • Influence choices across growth, investment, and efficiency

Redefine Finance Through AI

  • Use AI to automate core finance workflows (reporting, forecasting, analysis)
  • Replace manual, repetitive processes with scalable, tech-enabled solutions
  • Build faster, deeper insights through AI-enhanced analytics and modelling
  • Challenge how finance operates today — redesign processes from first principles using AI
  • Act as a champion for AI adoption across Finance and the broader business

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Recruitment Fraud

Cyber criminals advertise fake job adverts with prestigious employers as a way of stealing information or even defrauding individuals out of money. In the most sophisticated cases, they will set up fake websites, which have a similar address to companies like Unilever. They even conduct fake telephone interviews and then offer candidates a role with the proviso they pay a fee for background checks or to cover work visa costs. These types of attacks are becoming more common as more people are looking for employment in the economic climate.

How is Unilever Tackling This?

Many of Unilever’s recruitment sites publish a warning to candidates about recruitment fraud. The Cyber Security team also proactively scan for signs of people setting up fake Unilever sites and act to close them down.

What Can I Do?

If you become aware of potential recruitment fraud, spot fake Unilever recruitment adverts or fake LinkedIn profiles, report them via Una Live Chat.

Unilever does not accept responsibility or liability for any candidates who are financially impacted by recruitment fraud. Your vigilance is key.
