Will & Estate Planning Adviser
Permanent | £30,000 Basic Salary + Bonus & Commission | Hybrid Working
Are you looking for an opportunity where you can genuinely influence the future of a growing business rather than simply joining an established team? We're recruiting for a Will & Estate Planning Adviser to join an ambitious financial services business as it launches and develops a dedicated Estate Planning division. This is a unique opportunity to work with an established client base, benefit from warm referrals, and play a key role in shaping a growing area of the business. You'll be supported by an experienced financial services team while building long-term client relationships and developing your own portfolio.

The Role
As a Will & Estate Planning Adviser, you'll provide guidance and support to clients across a range of estate planning matters, helping them protect their assets and plan effectively for the future. Responsibilities will include:

- Advising clients on Wills, Trusts and Estate Planning solutions
- Supporting clients with Lasting Powers of Attorney (LPAs)
- Identifying inheritance tax planning opportunities
- Building long-term client relationships
- Conducting client consultations and fact-finds
- Generating business through referrals and existing client connections
- Working closely with Financial Advisers to deliver joined-up client solutions
- Maintaining accurate records and documentation
- Supporting the ongoing growth and development of the Estate Planning division
About You

- Paraplanning
- Client Advisory or Consultative Positions
You'll be customer-focused, commercially aware and passionate about helping clients make informed decisions regarding their future planning needs.
