Willbox is looking for a driven and customer-focused Hire & Sales Executive to manage customer enquiries from initial contact through to completed order across both container sales and hire.
You’ll be responsible for generating and converting sales opportunities, preparing quotations, building customer relationships, coordinating deliveries and collections, and ensuring an excellent customer experience throughout the sales journey.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage inbound hire and sales enquiries.
- Prepare quotations and proactively follow up opportunities.
- Convert enquiries into profitable sales and hire agreements.
- Build long-term customer relationships and generate repeat business.
- Coordinate deliveries and collections with customers and hauliers.
- Maintain accurate CRM records and sales documentation.
- Support stock management, procurement and business development activities.

About You
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, account management or a similar commercial role.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
- Customer-focused, proactive and target-driven.
- Confident building relationships and closing sales opportunities.
