About The Role
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone seeking a part-time, predominantly administrative and coordination-based role that offers genuine flexibility around family life, caring responsibilities, or other commitments. We can offer 25-30 hours per week, with working arrangements discussed at interview. For example, you may choose to work 9am-2pm Monday to Friday, although we're happy to consider alternative patterns to suit the right candidate.
Working within our successful Power T&D Work Winning Team, you'll provide essential administrative, governance, and coordination support, helping to keep our bidding, business development, and pre-construction activities running smoothly. This is an ideal role for an experienced administrator, coordinator, or business support professional who enjoys organizing information, supporting stakeholders, and ensuring processes are followed efficiently.
What you'll be doing
- Providing administrative and coordination support to the Work Winning team.
- Supporting opportunities through the Balfour Beatty Gated Business Lifecycle (DGBL).
- Maintaining CRM and DGBL records, reporting, and data quality.
- Coordinating governance and approval meetings.
- Supporting Bid Managers and Opportunity Leads with documentation and trackers.
- Managing SharePoint sites, templates, and document libraries.
- Providing day-to-day administration across the Work Winning function.
- Supporting continuous improvement of systems, processes, and governance activities.
Who we're looking for
Essential
- Previous experience in an administrative, coordinator, or business support role.
- Excellent organisation skills and attention to detail.
- Strong Microsoft Office and Teams skills.
- Experience using SharePoint or similar document management systems.
- Ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- A proactive approach and willingness to learn.

Desirable
- Experience using CRM systems, Dynamics CRM, or DGBL.
- Experience supporting bids, projects, or business development activities.
- Knowledge of governance or stage-gate processes.
- Experience using Power BI or digital reporting tools.
- Experience within construction, engineering, or infrastructure sectors.
