£35,000 - £45,000 + Door-to-Door Pay + Unlimited Overtime + Company Benefits + Vestas Training

Are you a Wind Turbine Engineer looking to significantly increase your earnings while receiving specialist training on Vestas turbines and developing your career within the renewable energy sector?
This UK-based renewable energy specialist provides nationwide operation, maintenance, and technical support for onshore wind turbines in the 200kW to 850kW range. Operating across England, Scotland, and Northern Ireland, the company delivers O&M, performance optimisation, technical upgrades, and asset support to maximise turbine availability and long-term value.
In this role, you will carry out planned and reactive mechanical maintenance on onshore wind turbines across Scotland. You will be responsible for servicing, inspection, fault-finding, repairs, component replacement and reporting, while working safely at height across remote wind farm sites.
Based from Aberdeen, you will cover a Scotland-wide patch, with regular weekly stayaways depending on project location. The role offers unlimited overtime and door-to-door pay, providing excellent opportunities to increase your overall earnings. You will also receive specialist Vestas training and develop your technical skills within the renewable energy sector.

The Role:
- Planned and reactive mechanical maintenance on onshore wind turbines
- Servicing, inspection and mechanical fault-finding on turbine systems
- Repair and replacement of mechanical components to OEM standards
- Supporting hydraulic and electrical works where required
- Working safely at height in remote wind farm environments
- Covering a Scotland-wide patch from Aberdeen
- Weekly stayaways required depending on project location
- Door-to-door pay and unlimited overtime available
- Monday-Friday, no on-call rota
- Specialist Vestas training and ongoing development
The Person:
- Proven experience working on wind turbines, heavy machinery, rotating equipment or similar
- Mechanically biased engineering background
- Comfortable working at height and in varying weather conditions
- Full UK driving licence
- Willing to travel across Scotland and stay away during the week when required
- Strong fault-finding and mechanical maintenance skills
