Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Rainham for a Window and Door Fabricator. The role involves measuring, cutting, and assembling aluminium and uPVC window and door frames according to technical drawings and specifications. Daily tasks include operating fabrication machinery and hand tools, fitting hardware and seals, checking product quality, and preparing units for delivery or installation. The fabricator will work closely with warehouse and installation teams to ensure accurate orders, safe handling of materials, and adherence to health and safety procedures. The position requires consistent attention to detail, maintaining a clean and organized workspace, and meeting production targets and deadlines.

- Experience in window and door fabrication, joinery, or a similar manufacturing or construction environment.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, measurements, and job specifications accurately.
- Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, and fabrication machinery safely and effectively.
- Strong attention to detail and quality control in cutting, assembling, and finishing products.
- Good physical stamina and manual dexterity for lifting, moving, and working with materials throughout a full shift.
- Understanding of basic health and safety practices in a workshop or warehouse setting.
- Effective teamwork and communication skills, with the ability to follow instructions and work to deadlines.
- Reliable, punctual, and organized, with a proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement.
- Previous experience with aluminium and uPVC products is an advantage but not essential; training can be provided.
