Part of a £60m turnover Conservatory Outlet Group, CO Home Improvements leading Installer of high-quality home improvement products spanning contemporary extensions, conservatories, orangeries, replacement roofs, windows and doors across the North of England.
Our focus is to deliver an exceptional service to our customers. To support our ongoing business growth, we are recruiting for dedicated and driven Window and Door Fitters to join us.
About The Role
This is a customer facing role where the quality of your work and how you deal with customers really matters. You’ll be trusted to represent the CO Home Improvements brand in customers’ homes and deliver a fitting experience you can be proud of.

Your Responsibilities Will Include
- Installing quality windows, doors to a high standard, following job specifications and survey details
- Safely removing existing frames and leaving each site clean and tidy
- Completing all work in line with building regulations and company standards
- Working respectfully in customers’ homes and representing the business professionally
- Communicating clearly with the office and survey teams when needed
What we’re looking for
We’re keen to hear from experienced window or conservatory fitters who want to be part of a growing, well organised business.

You’ll Ideally Have
- Experience fitting Windows and Doors
- Ultraframe experience is helpful but not essential
- An MTC card or the ability to obtain one
- A full UK driving licence
