Role Description
This is a full-time or part-time on-site Window Cleaner role based in the Bournemouth / Poole Area. The Window Cleaner will be responsible for cleaning windows on residential and commercial properties, including internal and external glass, frames, and sills. Day-to-day tasks include:

- Using appropriate cleaning tools and solutions

- Working safely at height in accordance with company and regulatory safety standards

The role involves travelling between client sites, following scheduled routes, and completing contract cleaning tasks to agreed service levels. The Window Cleaner will also communicate with clients and team members, report any issues or maintenance needs, and ensure all work areas are left clean and tidy.
Qualifications
- Experience in window and window cleaning, including internal and external glass surfaces.
- Background in contract cleaning and commercial cleaning environments.
- Ability and training to work safely at height, using ladders, platforms, or other access equipment.
- Strong awareness of health and safety procedures and safe handling of cleaning materials.
- Good physical fitness and stamina to perform manual work throughout the day.
- Reliable time management, attention to detail, and ability to follow cleaning schedules.
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel between sites in the Greater Bournemouth Area.
- Prior experience in exterior or facilities cleaning is an advantage; relevant certifications (e.g., working at height training) are beneficial.
