Truglaze Windows and Doors Limited is a Peterborough-based supplier and installer of high-specification uPVC, aluminium, and composite window and door products. We provide fast supply-to-trade services for local builders as well as full supply-and-installation for domestic homeowners and builders across the region.
Role Description
We are looking for a driven, experienced Window & Door Sales Executive to join our team in Peterborough. This is a field and office sales role focused on closing warm incoming leads, securing repeat trade accounts with local builders, and conducting home visits for domestic retail customers.

Key Responsibilities
- Rapidly follow up and close warm incoming trade and domestic enquiries.
- Visit local building sites and trade counters to onboard builders for supply-only orders.
- Conduct domestic home visits to measure, quote, and close supply & fit installations (bifolds, composite doors, replacement windows).
- Prepare fast, accurate quotes using pricing software (Evo Satellite / custom sheets).
- Manage your sales pipeline proactively from first contact to signed contract.

Requirements
- Proven sales experience within the fenestration/glazing industry (uPVC, Aluminium, Bifolds, Composite Doors).
- Strong ability to build rapport with builders and close domestic homeowners.
- Valid UK Driving Licence for site and home visits.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable with fast-paced quote turnarounds.
Package & Earnings
- Uncapped Commission Structure / High OTE (High percentage split on profit margins).
