About the Role

We are currently looking for an experienced Window Fitter to join a project in Hampshire. The successful candidate will be responsible for installing, repairing and maintaining windows, glass and related fittings to a high standard.

Key Responsibilities

  • Install windows, doors and glass units accurately and efficiently.
  • Measure openings and ensure correct sizing and fitting.
  • Remove existing windows and glazing where required.
  • Fit uPVC, aluminium and other window and door systems.
  • Install and replace glass, frames, seals and associated components.
  • Carry out repairs and adjustments to windows and doors.
  • Ensure all installations are finished to a high professional standard.
  • Use hand and power tools safely and correctly.
  • Follow relevant health and safety procedures.
  • Keep work areas clean, tidy and safe.
  • Work independently and as part of a team.
  • Carry out general site duties as required.
  • Communicate professionally with customers, colleagues and site managers.

  • Previous experience as a Glazier / Window Fitter.
  • Good attention to detail and pride in workmanship.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Reliable, punctual and hardworking.
  • Good understanding of health and safety.
  • Able to work to deadlines and maintain a high standard of work.
  • Relevant qualifications or experience preferred.
