Due to continued growth and a strong pipeline of secured work, Connolly is looking for experienced Window Fitters to join our Social Housing team across Oldham, Bradford, Leeds and Halifax.
We're recruiting both individual fitters and established fitting teams for long-term window replacement programmes within occupied homes.
If you take pride in delivering quality workmanship and are looking for reliable, ongoing work with a well-established contractor, we'd like to hear from you.

The Role
Working on Social Housing refurbishment projects, you'll be responsible for installing windows to a high standard while ensuring excellent customer service and minimal disruption to residents.
What You'll Be Doing
- Installing windows and associated products to a high-quality, snag-free finish
- Working safely and efficiently within occupied properties
- Maintaining a clean and organised work area
- Providing a professional and customer-focused service to residents
- Working in line with company Health & Safety procedures
- Maintaining company equipment and reporting any issues when required

What We're Looking For
- Previous window fitting experience
- Experience working within Social Housing or occupied properties is desirable
- Relevant trade qualifications
- Full UK Driving Licence
- CSCS Card preferred but not essential
- Asbestos Awareness preferred but not essential
