Job Summary

About the Role

As a Window Tint Film Designer, you will play a key role in creating and refining Tint Film patterns for new vehicle models. Using XPEL’s proprietary design software, you will template vehicles, test and improve patterns, and ensure high quality designs are made available to our global customer base.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and implement Window Tint Film patterns for new vehicle models
  • Template vehicles at customer locations (dealerships, OEMs, etc.) or at XPEL‑owned facilities
  • Test, review, and improve existing Window Tint Film patterns where required
  • Enter and maintain accurate designs within XPEL’s Design Access Program (DAP) system
  • Interact with DAP software users and customers as needed
  • Provide support on design‑related queries
  • Carry out other duties as assigned

Required Qualifications

  • A Minimum of 5 GCSEs, including English and maths
  • Highly motivated, organised, and detail‑oriented
  • Strong work ethic with the ability to manage multiple tasks
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, analytical, and problem‑solving skills
  • This role involves significant travel, estimated at up to 50% depending on business needs
  • Applicants are required to hold a full, valid UK driving license and a current, valid passport.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Professional Paint Protection Film (PPF) / Window Tint installation experience
  • Automotive aftermarket or vehicle‑related technical experience

Salary & Benefits

  • £32,000 – £38,000 base salary (medior level), with growth opportunities up to £45,000+ annually
  • Eligibility for a 10% quarterly bonus plan
