Job Title: Window & Door Installer (Bespoke Steel)
Location: Shipston-on-Stour (with site travel)
Position: Straight Permanent
Salary: £16.00 - £21.00 per hour (Depending on experience)
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 4:30pm (40 hours per week)
Overtime: x1.3 during the week (over 40 hours), x1.5 on Saturdays
Are you an experienced Window & Door Fitter looking for a secure, permanent role with an industry-leading business? We are a highly prosperous and growing company based in Shipston-on-Stour, specialising in premium, bespoke steel windows and doors. Due to a packed pipeline of high-end projects, we are looking for a skilled Fitter to join our installation team on a full-time, permanent basis.

Key Responsibilities
- Installing high-end, bespoke architectural steel windows and doors on site.
- Ensuring all installations are square, secure, weatherproof, and finished to a flawless standard.
- Glazing, sealing, and adjusting heavy-duty steel frameworks and hardware.
- Providing excellent customer service and representing the business professionally on high-end residential and commercial sites.
- Working safely and effectively as part of an installation crew.

What We Are Looking For
- Proven experience installing windows and doors, ideally with architectural steel, aluminum, or timber frames.
- A strong eye for detail to handle expensive, high-quality, bespoke fabrications.
- Ability to troubleshoot on-site fitting challenges and use hand/power tools with precision.
- A valid UK driving license (essential for site travel).
- Reliable, punctual, and based within a commutable distance of Shipston-on-Stour.
