Fixed Term Contract Role (Initial 3 Months)

Remote but with regular visits to our Manchester premises. (Candidate is therefore ideally Manchester or Sheffield based)

Company Description

SISU Health UK delivers accessible, data-driven health solutions, focused on prevention, that create healthier individuals, stronger communities, and more resilient organizations. The company offers a connected ecosystem of self-service health checks, digital tools, and real-time data insights that integrate into everyday environments and reach people often missed by traditional services.

Role Description

SISU Health is looking for a practical and technically capable Windows Systems Integration Engineer to support an initial three month fixed-term project. The immediate priority will be the creation, validation, and deployment support of a Windows 10-based image for supported embedded PC platforms, alongside associated configuration, testing, documentation, and systems integration activities. There is potential for the role to go on to support additional technical investigations and recommendations relating to future operating system migration, software supportability, hardware compatibility, and peripheral integration.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the creation and validation of a standardised Windows 10-based image for supported embedded PC platforms.
  • Test image functionality, system configuration, and device behaviour across defined hardware configurations.
  • Record testing outcomes, technical issues, configuration decisions, and resolutions using an agreed issue-tracking or kanban process.
  • Assist with validation of internal security, quality, and compliance requirements with relevant stakeholders.
  • Support the creation of repeatable, documented deployment, recovery, and configuration management processes.
  • Assist with related projects involving device management, system integration, automation, legacy software review, software configuration, and technical documentation.
  • Contribute to follow-on work packages relating to operating system migration, hardware compatibility, peripheral integration, and long-term maintainability.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
