We are currently seeking a Retail Sales Assistant to join our Wine Cellar team at Oswald’s.

Working Hours
- Monday to Friday daytime hours.
- 45 hours a week.
- Bank Holidays and the Christmas period off – our venues are closed.
What You Will Do
- Provide outstanding customer service to members and guests.
- Support wine sales and promote the club's Cellar wines.
- Manage member wine requests, collections, and deliveries.
- Receive, check, and process wine deliveries.
- Maintain an organised and efficient cellar environment.
- Build strong relationships with members and deliver a personalised experience.

What are we looking for?
- Strong knowledge of fine wine, ideally with WSET Level 3 qualification or equivalent.
- Proven sales ability.
- Excellent organisational and interpersonal skills.
- Strong spoken and written English.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Professional appearance and a positive, proactive attitude.
