Wine Development Manager

Do you love wine? We are looking for a Wine Development Manager who knows their wine, loves talking to customers and will share that enthusiasm by helping customers have a wine offering that is exciting, engaging and will help grow their business!

What you will be doing:

  • Drive wine sales and profitability across existing and new customers.
  • Help customers build a wine offering that works for their business.
  • Develop strong relationships with customers and suppliers.
  • Keep on top of what’s happening in the wine world, identifying new trends and opportunities.
  • Deliver engaging wine tastings, training sessions, and customer events.
  • Support sales teams with expert wine knowledge and commercial insight.
  • Work with our marketing team to keep content fresh and relevant.
  • Monitor performance and implement strategies to achieve growth targets.

About you:

  • Proven experience in wine sales.
  • Level 2 or 3 WSET qualified.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Commercially focused with a track record of delivering results.
  • Passionate about wine and creating outstanding customer experiences.
  • Can work independently and drive their own performance but is also a great team player.
  • Demonstrates a high level of organisation and administrative skills.
  • Full UK driving licence.
