We are looking for an enthusiastic and knowledgeable Wine Waiter to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about wine, enjoys engaging with guests, and is committed to delivering service of the highest standard.
What You'll Do
- Deliver exceptional wine service throughout the guest journey.
- Confidently recommend wines and food pairings tailored to individual guest preferences.
- Present, open and serve wines in line with fine dining service standards.
- Support the Sommelier with wine service, stock control, and cellar organization.
- Maintain excellent knowledge of our wine list, premium spirits, and beverages.
- Work closely with the front of house and kitchen teams to create seamless guest experiences.
- Ensure every guest receives warm, knowledgeable, and memorable service.

What We're Looking For
- Previous experience as a Wine Waiter or in a similar role within a luxury restaurant environment.
- Strong knowledge of wines, grape varieties, and food pairings.
- WSET Level 2 qualification or above is desirable.
- Passion for luxury hospitality and exceptional guest service.
- Excellent communication skills with a confident and personable approach.
- A positive attitude, strong attention to detail, and willingness to continually learn.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-end restaurant environment.
