The Opportunity
Furthering our sovereign capability and services, Atos UK will shortly be delivering a new piece of work for a key long-term client in Central Government. To complement our existing team, we will be hiring multiple Wintel Engineers to deliver this work.
The Core Elements Of This Role Include The Following
- Build, manage and implement complex changes.
- Present changes to the Change Advisory Board.
- Contribute to change reviews in accordance with ITIL principles.
- Communicate incident resolution information to team.
- Take a lead in understanding of customers’ needs.
- Work with platform and account teams to address their needs.
- Proactive self-assignment of incident tickets.
- Support changes led by other teams supporting the platform (Storage, Networks etc.).

This role will require Security Clearance to be obtained. In terms of working patterns, it is a hybrid role.
